Ralph George Algernon Percy, 12th Duke of Northumberland DL (born 16 November 1956), styled Lord Ralph Percy until 1995, is a British peer.
Northumberland is the son of Hugh Percy, 10th Duke of Northumberland, and Lady Elizabeth Montagu Douglas Scott, daughter of Walter Montagu Douglas Scott, 8th Duke of Buccleuch. He succeeded in the dukedom in 1995 on the death of his elder brother.
Northumberland married Isobel Jane Richard in 1979. They have four children:
Northumberland ranked at number 248 in the Sunday Times Rich List 2011, with an estimated wealth of £315 million.
The Duchess of Northumberland redeveloped The Alnwick Garden, a large ornamental garden at the family seat, Alnwick Castle, partly funded by the National Lottery and other charitable bodies. On 12 May 2009 she was appointed the Lord Lieutenant of Northumberland.[2]
